Westnile region was created in 1914,It used to be under the Begians Congo.It was exchanged between the British colonial RuleIts located in tyhe north western Uganda,Bordering Congo,formerly referred to as Zaire and South Sudan.Therefore Its strategic location is good for investment.
Westnile is blessed with numerous resources such as Physical features,Mt.Wati in Terrego,Mt.Liru In Koboko,Lake Albert and Albert Nile From Pakwach To Moyo District.We also have Zoka forest in Zombo.
West nile as part of Uganda is secure and peaceful for investments,and due to her security ,it has attracted a number of people and the current population is estimated to be Three million people (3M), which provides potential market for investment.
There is a stable electricity of 3.5 megawatts that supplies Nebbi,Pakwack,Arua ,Zombo,Koboko and Yumbe meanwhile Adjumani and Moyo are connected to the national grid.
